Greetings! We got several emails from users where they are having a problem in connecting their Google account to the game. This is the reason why, since 1st March there are some players lost their data.We apologize for this inconvenient and we have the solution for you! (Please read and check until the end)The reason of it is actually Google has just updated its Google Play Games so some devices are not compatible with the new updated one. Please follow the steps below for users who find this kind of problem. Check Google Play version - For users who find their Google Play version above 3.6, please downgrade before logging-in to the game. Uninstall updates from Google Play Games 1) Go to phone setting – general – manage applications
2) Google play games – uninstall updates
3) Go to google play store
4) Click the menu on the left – setting
5) Auto-update apps – Do not auto update apps6) Play Monster Avenue and check the connection of login account.THANK YOU!
