We have to apologize for anyone who gets lost data. The problem happened since March 1st due to the Google ID number has changed itself.
So if someone got this problem, please keep calm and send us about your situation details such as:
- Your Google ID
- In-game ID (Including original ID and new ID in case someone already created new ID).
- Last login device model.
