Your Device isn't compatible with this version

I've been having a problem with getting the latest update.  When I load the game up, it tells me to update the game like I'd expect.  It takes me to the play store, where I get the error message, "Your Device isn't compatible with this version".  Here's a screenshot of the error message I get:
